You And Your Scooter | Lucky Scooters

Lucky Scooters- Blake Bailor

One of the raddest things that we get to do as scooter riders is explore our surroundings for unique architecture and obstacles that inspire us! I think that a scooter rider's creative ability to utilize an obstacle or piece of architecture is a direct reflection on who that rider is, as a person. I recently went out and cruised around the area that surrounds the Lucky Scooters headquarters and discovered some sweet obstacles to ride so I had myself a little session! It's not always neccesarily about getting broke off on the biggest trick or trying the most difficult trick in the game! Sometimes you need to just go out and enjoy the feeling of your scooter beneath your feet because that's what it's all about!

Don't get me wrong! I love rolling away from that extremely advanced scooter maneuver just as much as the next guy! That's not the point I'm trying to make here. The point is to take it all in and really just enjoy being on your scooter. Scootering, just like any other sport, is about progression, competition and athleticism. However, scootering is also commonly approached as an art form, which takes into consideration creativity, aesthetics and much, much more! To conclude, the beautiful aspect about scootering is that everything is subjective, which makes nothing that any other scooter rider is doing any better than what you're doing! Keep that in mind next time you stand on that scooter of your's!
